HMP Consultancy Services was founded in the year 1978, by Late Shri H.M. Patel, envisioned the need and opportunity to institute a Consultancy firm which would stand with Employers for their rights. 1975-85s were a Trade Union Era, which supressed the voice of an Employer. That vision has resulted in HMP and Employers gaining strength. During these 40 years of its existence, HMP has recreated the way Consultancy Firms works.
Mr Rajesh Shah an Advocate, handling HMP from 1988, has over 30 years of experience in a variety of employee management positions involving strategy development and execution, profitable business expansion, client relationship management as well as problem resolution. Strengthening the pillars of HMP, Mr Karan Shah an Advocate handling the Court matters since 2017.
